Arrangements for Summer 2015 Examination Results
Post-16 students
GCE (AS, A2, level 3 qualifications) results will be available for collection on Thursday 13th August from 9.00am - 1.00pm for Year 13 and from 10.00am - 1.00pm for Year 12. If results are not collected they will be posted, second class, on the day. If students would like to receive results sooner than by second class post, they may leave a first class stamped addressed envelope with Mrs Russ, Operations Manager, in advance. Alternatively, other persons (eg parent, brother, sister) may collect results on the Thursday morning on students’ behalf provided they bring written permission from the student with them.
Advice and assistance regarding UCAS and Clearing for Year 13 students will be available from Mr Trevarthen at 9.00am to 1.00pm in the Library. Any student who is applying for a place through Clearing must meet at this time due to the short time-scale of the Clearing process.
GCSE results will be available for collection on Thursday 20th August from 10.00am - 1.00pm. See below for further information.
On Friday 21st August (9.00am – noon) there will be a drop in for any Year 11, 12 or 13 student (and/or parent) who wants to come in and discuss their future courses at Patchway Post-16 Centre or elsewhere. Students and/or parents should come to main Reception.

Textbooks
Year 13 students may return textbooks to Reception at any time. We will also be collecting textbooks on Results Day – please can parents assist with checking under beds.
Students who have textbooks outstanding will not be issued with exam certificates until either books are returned or invoices are settled.
Year 11 (plus post-16 students) GCSE results

GCSE results will be available for collection on Thursday 20th August. Year 11, 12 & 13 students may collect a statement of their results from college from 10.00am - 1.00pm. If results are not collected they will be posted, second class, on the day. If students would like to receive results sooner than by second class post, they may leave a first class stamped addressed envelope with Mrs Russ, Operations Manager, in advance. Certificates will be available later in the year and details of how and when you will be able to collect them will be issued with your results.
