Key Stage 3
At KS3 we have developed a course which emphasises the need to "learn how to learn". This involves a great deal of teamwork, peer teaching and team teaching by staff. It supports the less able while extending the more able and learning science is achieved in an enjoyable and investigative manner. There are regular tests, which, like the lessons, are linked to the National Curriculum. Regular review helps staff, parents and students to keep a check on progress and encourages appropriate forward planning.
